KaminoStat
Terms of Service
1. Publisher
KaminoStat is published by Xavier Fabbro, entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Calantir Tech, SIREN 104 810 999, 4 place Patrick Devedjian, 92160 Antony, France. Contact: developer@calantirtech.com.
2. The service
KaminoStat reads the organic statistics of a TikTok account whose owner has authorized it, through the official TikTok API for Business, and presents them per publication and in a monthly performance report. KaminoStat is read-only: it does not publish, comment, message, or access advertising data.
3. Authorization
Only connect a TikTok account that you own, or that its owner has authorized you to connect. The owner can withdraw that authorization at any time, from TikTok's settings or by contacting us; the connection must then be removed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect or access an account without its owner's authorization;
- use KaminoStat to collect data beyond the statistics it presents, or to scrape TikTok;
- resell or publish TikTok data obtained through KaminoStat;
- attempt to disrupt or bypass the security of the service.
Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.
5. TikTok
KaminoStat is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok may change or withdraw API access, which can interrupt or limit the service.
6. Data
The statistics of an account belong to its owner. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep KaminoStat available and accurate, but the figures come from TikTok and the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our fault.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using KaminoStat and disconnect an account at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse or breach of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Material changes are announced to users before they apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
